Order Placement: All orders are subject to acceptance by Melux Control Gears Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and are subject to availability of the products.

 Price: Prices are as quoted by the Seller and are subject to change without prior notice.

Quotation: Prices listed do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or other charges, unless explicitly stated.

 Payment: Payment for the products must be made in full at the time of placing the order, unless credit terms have been agreed upon in writing by both parties. Payment shall be made in the currency specified by the Seller.

 Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. The Seller shall not be liable for any delays in delivery. Risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery.

 No Return, No Cancellation, No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and accepted by the Seller, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for any reason whatsoever.

 Warranty: Products are sold "as is" with warranty of 18 months against manufacturing defect if any, unless expressly provided otherwise by the Seller in writing. The Seller disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the sale of the products, even if the Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Pune-Maharashtra jurisdiction].

 Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the sale of the products and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

 By placing an order with the Seller, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
