  • Position: Marketing Executive / Business Development Officer
  • Location: Pune
  • Products: LED Drivers, SMPS, and EMS

Primary Responsibilities

    • Market Research and Analysis
      • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
      • Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop effective marketing strategies.
    • Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management
      • Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to secure new business opportunities.
      • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
    • Sales Strategy Execution
      • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business targets.
      • Promote LED Drivers, SMPS, and EMS solutions by presenting technical and commercial benefits to clients.
    • Promotional Activities
      • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and product presentations to enhance brand visibility.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute product marketing materials.
    • Product Knowledge and Training
      • Stay updated on product features, technical specifications, and applications.
      • Educate customers and partners on product offerings and innovations.
    • Negotiation and Deal Closure
      • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts.
      • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively.
    • Reporting and Documentation
      • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and reports.
      • Provide regular updates to the management on sales performance and market insights.

Key Skills and Qualifications

    • Strong understanding of LED drivers, SMPS, and EMS technologies.
    • Proven track record in sales or business development in a similar industry.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
